Preparation

Traditional coffee

Preparation of any coffee starts with roasting and grinding, and after that the coffee lovers make their favorite beverage. Seemingly simple preparation and the ingredients still give a different taste depending on the habits of traditional coffee lovers.

Espresso coffee

Espresso coffee can be prepared in several ways, and the main preparation is based on the browning method and on the selection of the preparation machines. A perfect espresso is known by its three to four millimeters thick foam, hazel color and gentle dark brown lines.

Specialty coffee

Specialty coffees are called that because they provide their consumers the possibility to select the method of grinding, preparation and consummation. They do not fall under the tradition of espresso or traditional coffee as we know them and consume in our homes, but it is personal and as such adequate only to those who we can honestly call true coffee lovers.
