50 ml of freshly ground sweet cream
2 tbs brown sugar
50 ml whiskey (preferably Irish)
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
150 – 200 ml coated black (filter) coffee
Before preparing it, it is important to heat the glass cup in which the cocktail will be served. The simplest way is to pour hot water into the glass and leave it short to keep the glass warm. Then drain the water and add the sugar. Then add whiskey, coffee and stir well to make the sugar melted. In the end add some whipped cream, which should be creamy, almost fluid, not thick as for cakes. Sprinkle all with ground nuts.
