Coffee cake

250 g butter
250 g powdered sugar 
50 g ground coffee 
6 eggs 
100 g ground nuts 
200 g flour 
10 g baking powder 
8 spoons of cognac 
2 cups of water 
50 g white chocolate

Mix sifted flour with coffee and baking powder. Blend the melted butter with powdered sugar. Add one yolk at the time, and blend egg whites into a cream. In that mixture, add in parts the flour, walnuts and egg whites while slowly stirring. Put the mixture to a pan covered with baking paper, and bake for a half hour in an oven preheated to 170 C. When it cools down, pour over the syrup made of cognac and water, and when the syrup is absorbed, sprinkle it with white chocolate.
