Coffee and chocolate cake


For the crust:
2 eggs 
180 g flour 
100 g sugar 
75 g butter 
2 spoons of ground coffee 
2 spoons of cocoa 
50 ml of milk 
50 g melted chocolate 
Half of a baking powder

For the filling:
200 g cream cheese 
100 g sugar 
2 eggs 
1 vanilla sugar 
2 spoons of flour

For the filling, blend eggs and sugar. Add vanilla sugar, cream cheese and flour. For the crust, foam beat butter and sugar and add eggs, cocoa, ground coffee, milk and melted chocolate. 2 spoons of the crust mix leave aside in a small bowl, and pour remainder in a smaller pan and bake for 15 minutes at 180 C. Take out the cake from the oven and place the blended filling on it, and over the filling place that separated part of the mixture and decorate as you like. Return to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes at 180 C. Serve the cooled down cake with coffee.
